Our background started with technical project management and processing hundreds of Local Law 87 submissions, for compliance with the NYC Energy Audit Requirement. Through this space our Benchmarking business expanded, and we now work with over 1,000 buildings annually.

Over time, we have now evolved into a Full-Service Sustainability and Compliance Firm that works with property managers and building owners to lower emissions, increase their bottom line, and comply with Local Laws.
